Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via USPS.

Current turnaround time is 30–45 business days unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Shipping occurs 1–2 times per week once your order is complete.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Handmade Haven Co. is NOT responsible for:
• Lost or stolen packages
• Delays caused by USPS
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If your package is marked delivered but not received, you must contact USPS directly to file a claim.
