By placing an order with Handmade Haven Co., you agree to the following:

• Turnaround Time (TAT) is typically 30–45 business days unless otherwise stated. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

• All items are handmade and made to order. Small variations may occur.

• Payment is due at checkout. Orders will not begin processing until payment is received.

• We are not responsible for incorrect sizing chosen at checkout. Please review sizing before purchasing.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

• Chargebacks or disputes without prior communication will result in being blocked from future purchases.
